2024 REVISED REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CO-DEVELOPMENT PARTNER 2024-001

The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (HAPB) is requesting qualification statements from experienced developers (Co-Development Partners). The RFQ will be available on Wednesday, April 10^th, 2024 at: https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com/requests.html?company_id=49804.

The full scope of services and requirements are outlined in the solicitation package on the above website.

All responses to the RFQ must be delivered to the HAPB, as directed in the solicitation document, by 4:00 p.m. EST, May 13^th, 2024. Responses received after this time may not be accepted. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in qualifications and to reject any and all qualification statements if it is in the best interest of the Authority to do so.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR
HUD CERTIFIED HOUSING COUNSELING AND LOAN APPLICATION COORDINATING SERVICES 2023-3

The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (Local Authority, Housing Authority or HAPB) is soliciting proposals with statements of qualifications from firms experienced in HUD Certified Housing Counseling and Loan Application Coordinating Services on an as-needed basis for the Housing Authority of Pompano Beach or one of its affiliates. The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (also referred to as the “Housing Authority” or “HAPB”) is soliciting proposals from experienced security consultant firms to provide security consultant services. Click here to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals for Security Consultant Services 2023-1.

Interested firms shall submit one (1) original signature copy (marked “ORIGINAL”) with three (3) exact copies with your proposal submission. Proposals should be marked “RFP for Security Consultant Services” and must be submitted to the following address no later than 2:00 PM on AUGUST 31, 2023 September 7, 2023 (extended date). The date has been extended due to the impending Hurricane Idalia approaching the State of Florida, and may cause office closures and create delays in delivery of proposals.
