The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach is governed by a Board comprised of five Commissioners. The City of Pompano Beach Mayor appoints all board members. The Executive Director functions as the Secretary and the Chairman and Vice Chairman are elected by the Board during the Annual Meeting held each October. Regular Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
