The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach is governed by a Board comprised of seven Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners are appointed by the City of Pompano Beach Mayor to serve four (4) year terms. The Executive Director functions as the Secretary for the Board and the Chairman and Vice Chairman are elected by the Board during the Annual Meeting held each October.
