  Public Notice 2021 Annual Plan Review

The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach’s Notice of 2021 Annual Plan review for Fiscal Year Beginning 2021 is hereby posted to comply with 45 day time period that the plan must be made available to the public for review and comment prior to submission to the US Department of HUD (24 CFR 903.17).

 All comments concerning the plan must be in writing and should be sent to:

All comments are public records and will be sent to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for plan approval. All comments will be taken into consideration by the Housing Authority of Pompano Beach Board of Commissioners prior to Board Approval of the plan. 

 The Annual Plan and supporting documents are available for public review beginning August 26, 2020 through October 13, 2020.   The Public Hearing will be held on October 14, 2020, @ 11:00 a .m.  In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held virtually using the gotomeeting platform.
